Director
Keelan Williams is a documentary director, producer and editor whose work explores the intersection of art, identity and place. His debut feature, Tell Them We Were Here, a portrait of the Bay Area art scene, won Best Documentary Feature at the Nevada City Film Festival and earned the San Francisco Chronicle's highest rating. His latest, Paving the Way, follows Indigenous skateboarders on Montana's Flathead Indian Reservation, features original music by Pearl Jam's Jeff Ament, and was an official selection at Tribeca festival in 2026. As director of Full Glow Creative, he also directed COLECTIVO: The First Year, a behind-the-scenes documentary following the inaugural cohort of the Miranda Family Fund and Tribeca Studios filmmaker fellowship, now streaming on AMC+ and Sundance Now. His films have garnered acclaim worldwide, screening at prestigious festivals and institutions including, San Francisco Museum of Modern Art (SFMOMA), Centre Pompidou in Málaga, and the Headlands Center for the Arts.
