When a young hero refuses to play ball with the bad guys, the mob boss sends another kid to take the hero down, but the two of them end up clicking and becoming friends. The boss pulls some strings to turn them against each other, but right on cue, the cops step in, bust the bad guys, and the two friends get a fresh start.
